A simple intro to the basics of negotiation

This book is a graphic guideline that illustrates the basic principles of negotiation for people that don't necessarily have a business background. The idea was to create something that was understandable for most, by translating some of the specific language and concepts into graphic illustrations that create more interest and can communicate complex ideas in simple ways. 4 characters were created to illustrate different archetypes; their personalities are revealed as they navigate the 7 core elements in a negotiation.

This book was created in collaboration with my good friend Jeff Smith and professor Rodrigo Gouveia from the INSEAD Business School, as a tool for his course that teaches the basics of Value Negotiation.
